Hi, I'm glad you're here! I'm Maggie Scott Cogle. I’ve been teaching middle school math since 2011, but it wasn’t until 2021 that I truly recognized the toll teaching was taking on my well-being. That’s when I made a firm commitment to prioritize my health and wellness, making self-care a non-negotiable part of my life. I was amazed at how much caring for myself transformed my mindset, energy levels, and overall wellness, both in and out of the classroom. Now, I’m dedicated to helping other teachers do the same.
